Ritz Shah, executes a side kick through 1 inch thick piece of wood, during preparations for his testing for black belt some years ago.

Following his successful promotion to Black Belt, Ritz has taken on joint responsibilty for teaching at the Harlow club, alongside Jason Borg & Shan Lee, providing a wealth of experience for students to call upon.

Like his Instructor, Jason and fellow instructor Shan, Ritz too was a medallist at British Poomsae Championships.

In April 2008 he coached student Paul Homes to his 1st dan black belt at the BTCB Dan Grading, held in Nottinghamshire.
